Testimonials

These are a few stories of what this historic church has meant to individuals and the community

"This church until recently has been very welcoming to people of all races and orientations.  A former pastor of this church presided over our wedding, and funeral services for my mother-in-law were held in this church.  It has a very lovely sanctuary with a gigantic pipe organ, which has been lovingly restored over 20 years.  The materials it was made from are no longer available, so once this sanctuary is destroyed, it can never be rebuilt or replaced.  The loss of such beauty and historical importance would be tragic."  Larry Guernsey
